Orders are processed daily, and usually ship within 1 or 2 business days.

Shipping Method
Most orders are shipped US Postal Priority Mail with tracking. Depending on location, some may be shipped UPS with tracking.

Return Policy
We take care and pride in the products we offer and the service we provide. We want you to be satisfied. You may return unused, un-opened items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, we cannot refund your shipping costs for the return. Please ship return via insured mail, UPS, or FedEx or any other traceable method. We will not accept any of the following returns: open media (DVD's, CD's); damaged items or items missing parts.

Please call 1-888-453-5252 (toll free) email info@forrestyoga.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We cannot accept any return without an RMA number.

Safety
Our products are designed to teach and assist you in yoga and yoga poses. Ana is very specific in her instruction that insures you will have a safe, complete, and effective practice.

As not all yoga exercise is suitable for everyone, we expect that you are aware of your physical needs and limitations and work within in those. The instruction presented in Ana's products is in no way intended as a substitute for medical counseling.
